RestoJDM, LLC ("RestoJDM", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing quality products and customer service. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or replacements may be approved at our sole discretion in limited circumstances, including defective products, products damaged during transit, incorrect items shipped, or where required by law.
Return requests must be submitted and approved before any product is returned.
Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage before processing a claim.
Failure to report shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items within seven (7) days of delivery may result in denial of the claim.
Upon verification, we may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, as appropriate.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for any approved return, products must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
Returned products must include all supplied components, hardware, accessories, instructions, and packaging where reasonably available.
Products may not be eligible for return if they have been:
- Installed
- Mounted
- Wired
- Modified
- Painted
- Drilled
- Disassembled
- Damaged
- Altered from their original condition
- Returned with missing parts, hardware, packaging, or accessories
We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce refunds where a product's value has been diminished.
Installed Products
Products that have been installed, mounted, wired, modified, painted, drilled, disassembled, altered, or otherwise used beyond reasonable inspection are not eligible for return except where required by applicable law.
Evidence of installation may include, but is not limited to, mounting marks, tool marks, scratches, wiring damage, cut wiring, adhesive residue, removed protective films, missing hardware, or other signs of use.
Fitment Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility, fitment, and suitability before purchase.
Returns will not be accepted solely because a customer ordered the wrong product, failed to verify compatibility, changed plans, no longer needs the product, or purchased the product by mistake, except where required by applicable law.
Custom, Special-Order, and Personalized Products
Products manufactured to customer specifications, personalized products, special-order items, limited-production items, made-to-order products, and custom-built products are non-refundable and non-returnable except where required by applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by law or approved by us in writing, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned products. RestoJDM is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, and similar governmental charges associated with their order.
Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or similar charges associated with return shipments.
Where permitted by applicable law, any charges assessed to RestoJDM as a result of a return shipment may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned to sender after shipment, any refund may be reduced by outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier charges, and any other costs incurred by RestoJDM in connection with the shipment and return, where permitted by applicable law.
European Union Customers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have statutory withdrawal rights that cannot be waived or limited by this policy.
Eligible consumers may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
Unauthorized Charges
If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge to your payment method, please contact us within ten (10) days of becoming aware of the charge.
We reserve the right to investigate all claims and request supporting information before issuing any refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, credit card issuer, or financial institution involved.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
We may withhold a refund until returned goods have been received and inspected, or until satisfactory proof of return shipment has been provided where required by applicable law.
