RestoJDM, LLC ("RestoJDM", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days after purchase.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Processing times may be extended due to order volume, holidays, product availability, inventory reconciliation, weather events, carrier delays, customs processing, supplier delays, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Made-to-Order and Special-Order Products

Made-to-order, custom-built, personalized, and special-order products may require additional processing time.

Estimated processing times for such products may be displayed on the applicable product page but are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Transit Times

Any shipping or delivery estimates displayed on our website, at checkout, or provided by a carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

RestoJDM is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, governmental actions, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or improperly entered address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses resulting from inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, RestoJDM is not responsible for carrier handling, delivery performance, delays, loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must notify RestoJDM within seven (7) days of the carrier's delivery date or status update.

We may assist customers in filing claims with the carrier; however, carrier claim approval is not guaranteed.

Any replacement, refund, credit, reshipment, or other resolution will be determined by RestoJDM on a case-by-case basis.

International Orders

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and similar governmental charges.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country's import requirements before placing an order.

RestoJDM is not responsible for customs delays, customs holds, import restrictions, import refusals, seizure by customs authorities, or additional fees imposed by governmental agencies.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders refused by the recipient or returned as unclaimed may be subject to deduction of shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and any other costs incurred by RestoJDM.

Shipping Restrictions

RestoJDM reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or decline any order for any reason permitted by law, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, export restrictions, sanctions compliance, or shipping limitations.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time.

Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
