Introducing our first collaboration with prjktMAYHEM!
Each S13/PS13 corner light lens is handcrafted by Kenji in the USA, available exclusively through RestoJDM.
Swap out your old, faded, or cracked lenses with our clear replacements and bring back the golden era of JDM styling.
Each kit will include:
- 1x Left Clear Lens
- 1x Right Clear Lens
Note: Polishing and clear coating after installation is optional but suggested, as imperfections may be present due to the handmade nature of the product. All lenses are manufactured in small batches to order and undergo a natural curing process. It is advised to allow a minimum of 30 days for the lenses to harden before installation and clear coating, as they may still be affected by high temperatures.
Brief Installation Overview:
- Preheat your oven to 215°F.
- Once preheated, place your corner light inside for 7 minutes.
- Using gloves, carefully remove the light and begin separating the lens. If it doesn't come apart easily, place it back in the oven for 3-5 minute intervals until it loosens.
- Remove the old adhesive from the housing and lay down a fresh, small bead of butyl.
- Heat the housing again in the oven for 3–5 minutes to soften the new butyl.
- Once heated, fit the new lens in place and firmly compress to seal. If the butyl does not compress easily, reheat the assembly in 3–5 minute intervals until properly softened.
Professional installation is highly recommended for the best fit and finish. This product is for off-road use only and should not be used on public roads.
